The only thing more impressive than Mark's guitar playing is his band The Deep Blue Sea. Keyboardist Alex Hoyt, is one of the best improvisational keyboardists around, and often trades licks with Agnesi, while bassist Chris Diefendorff  holds down the grooves with drummer Dan Kshywonis. The band takes audiences ears (and eyes) for a ride with an array of Agnesi's traditional and modern originals and classic covers by such artists as: Stevie Ray Vaughan, Buddy Guy, Walter Trout, B.B. King, Kenny Wayne Shepard, B.B. King and Jimi Hendrix. The bands sound will astonish all of those with a passion for the blues, while Agnesi's hot licks and cool tricks will keep all the guitar-heads on their feet and begging for more.
